Orders are processed within 8 to 10 business days. Shipping charges apply, and delivery takes 15 to 18 business days within India. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and digital photography, slight variations in color and design may occur. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for unused items, excluding customized and sale items.

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or differs significantly from the description provided on our website.

To initiate a return, you must provide a clear, unedited video of the package opening on the delivery date. This video must include:

1. The original, unopened package with visible shipping labels.
2. Continuous footage of the package being opened, with a clear view of the product and any visible damage or discrepancy.

Failure to provide a package opening video on the delivery date will result in the denial of any return or refund request.
