Handmade Terracotta Jewellery
All terracotta jewellery sold through CS EXCLUSIVE is handmade by skilled artisans using natural clay. Due to the handcrafted nature, each piece may have slight variations in color, shape, and design, making every item unique. These natural variations are not considered defects but a part of the jewellery’s charm and authenticity. We encourage customers to appreciate the individuality of each piece, as no two items will be exactly alike.
Handcrafted Silicone Moulds (Non-Edible)
Our silicone moulds are made from industrial-grade silicone and are intended for crafting purposes only. They are not food-safe and should not be used for edible items. The output images provided are for reference only. The original outputs may require finishing with tools after being removed from the mould, if necessary. Please review the output reference images carefully before purchasing. Claysphere will not be responsible if you are unable to achieve the desired output, unless the mould received is damaged. Returns will not be accepted in such cases.
At Claysphere, we take pride in offering handcrafted products, each made with care and precision. As our items are made to order, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, and specifications before making a purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, the following RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) policy applies:
1. Made-to-Order Products: All products, including handmade terracotta jewellery and silicone moulds, are made to order. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based solely on curiosity or a change of mind. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before placing an order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide a clear photograph of the damaged or defective product along with a description of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will either offer a replacement or a full refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, and design may occur, which are not considered defects but part of the product’s unique charm. These natural variations are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, silicone moulds are not food-safe and cannot be returned if the output does not meet expectations, unless the mould is damaged upon receipt.
4. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and images carefully. We recommend reading all product details and ensuring the item suits your needs before placing an order.
5. Return Process: To initiate an RMA, please contact our customer support team with your order details, including the reason for the return and relevant images (if applicable). We will provide further instructions for returning the product, if applicable. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
