This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Use (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms here.
Please carefully review the Shipping & Delivery Policy of the shop vendor when purchasing the products.
How long does it take to process an order?
We make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Generally vendors process the orders within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. But most vendor items made-to-order and each craftsman & artisan’s process is unique, so shipping times may vary for some products. Look for the detailed shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times of the vendor.
You will receive a notification mail when your order has shipped.
What about the shipping options?
We offer various shipping options based on the location and weight of the total order weight. Our sellers ship both domestically and to a selected number of international destinations.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International shipping
International orders may take additional 2-8 business days to deliver, depends upon custom procedures of the country where the delivery is expected. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
What happens if my order is delayed?
Delivery time is subject to various factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes & any other restrictions subjected to government directives. If the delivery is delayed for any reason, the vendor will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery or refund the order up on mutual agreement.
