Customized products, and sales items are non-returnable. To request a return, please contact us with a description and photo of the issue. Approved returns will be refunded within 7 business days after we receive the item, though shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, and design may occur, which are not considered defects but part of the product’s unique charm. These natural variations are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, silicone moulds are not food-safe and cannot be returned if the output does not meet expectations, unless the mould is damaged upon receipt.

5. Return Process: To initiate an RMA, please contact our customer support team with your order details, including the reason for the return and relevant images (if applicable).
