Customized products, and sales items are non-returnable. To request a return, please contact us with a description and photo of the issue. Approved returns will be refunded within 7 business days after we receive the item, though shipping fees are non-refundable.

These natural variations are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, silicone moulds are not food-safe and cannot be returned if the output does not meet expectations, unless the mould is damaged upon receipt.
