Refund Policy

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for damaged or defective products only. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Customized products, and sales items are non-returnable. To request a return, please contact us with a description and photo of the issue. Approved returns will be refunded within 7 business days after we receive the item, though shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide a clear photograph of the damaged or defective product along with a description of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will either offer a replacement or a full refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, and design may occur, which are not considered defects but part of the product’s unique charm. These natural variations are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, silicone moulds are not food-safe and cannot be returned if the output does not meet expectations, unless the mould is damaged upon receipt.

4. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and images carefully. We recommend reading all product details and ensuring the item suits your needs before placing an order.

5. Return Process: To initiate an RMA, please contact our customer support team with your order details, including the reason for the return and relevant images (if applicable).
