Account & Order Having problems with your account or order?

You can buy most items on claysphere without creating an account. If you purchased an item as a guest, you can connect that order to an account to receive help for your order or leave a review. While it is not necessary to have an account to shop for and purchase items, it is recommended that you create one. By creating your own account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, quicker checkout and can easily manage your orders as well.

Seller do customization of our products on request. Customization purely depends on the availability of materials and time required for the work. Please contact the vendor from the seller page for more details.

Once we receive your order, we confirm receipt of the order and the seller start processing it. You will receive an email with the details of your order. You will be provided with a unique order ID and you will also be notified with the tracking details when the product(s) are shipped to you. If the products are of different sellers, shipments will be dispatched as different packages.

Unfortunately, products listed as ‘Out of Stock’ are not available for sale, but you can contact the seller to get the update when the item will be restocked.

Order confirmed: We have received your payment and your order is underprocess.

Packing Order: Your order is getting ready to be shipped to you.

In Transit: Your order has been shipped by the seller and is on its way to you.

Partially shipped: When you have placed an order with multiple items, sellers may ship them separately.

Delivered: Your order has been delivered at your location.

Order Cancelled: The order has been cancelled either by you or by the seller.

Availability of cash on delivery depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please contact us for additional enquiries regarding COD.

In case of payment failure and the amount has been deducted form your account, our payment gateway will refund the amount back to the original payment method used.

If your payment failed while placing an order and you still wish to order the products, you can go to your shopping cart and re-order the products from the cart .

Shipping Looking for more about the shipping?

Our sellers always take necessary precautions and care while packing the order to avoid any damage during the shipment transit.

If you would like to change the shipping destination address after placing the order, please contact the vendor from the seller page before dispatching the order, but we will not guarantee that the seller will accept the change in address request. It will not be possible to change the shipping destination after dispatching it from the seller side.

The shipping charge is automatically calculated at the checkout page based on the delivery location and total weight of the items in your cart. Some items may have additional shipping charge depending on the nature of the product. Also, prices may be different for different countries as the carrier slab and shipping costs depend on the weight of the total items.

In a case, same products are being sold by different sellers, the shipping charges may vary depending on the seller’s dispatching region.

The estimated time of delivery is within 3-5 working days for domestic orders and 13-18 working days for international orders after shipping it from the vendor side. The processing time to ship the order varies as it depends upon the time required to get the product ready by the seller.

All our sellers are sending the orders through reputed courier companies like Indiapost, DTDC, Delhivery and FedEx. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not serviceable by these courier companies, the seller will use any courier services for shipping your order. If there is no courier service available in your area, the seller will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is being serviced by the courier partners.

Our sellers do deliver the orders internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. Our seller will arrange the delivery with the available courier partners who do service internationally, and you will be updated with the tracking details.

All claysphere orders are dispatched with a tracking ID by which you can track the status and delivery of your order from the order section at your account dashboard. You also will get an email with the courier tracking details after dispatching the order.

Customs duty & other international taxes etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land.

Payment Stuck with the payment?

Claysphere offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use PCI-DSS secure encryption technology to always keep your transaction details confidential.

You can use UPI, internet Banking, any debit card or credit card to complete your purchase. Cash on delivery is available for the products of sellers who accept COD, which also can be selected at the checkout page.

All credit/debit card or internet banking details remain confidential and private. Claysphere and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information. Claysphere uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks.

No, claysphere never collect or store your account information. Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by our payment gateway and subsequently by Visa/MasterCard/Amex/JCB secure directly without any information passing through us.

Cancellation & Return Aren't you happy with what you've received?

You can cancel your order from the order section at your account dashboard. Order shall be cancelled before dispatching the shipment by the seller.

If you need to return or exchange an item, the seller you purchased your order from is the best person to help you. You can contact the seller directly via the seller-buyer communication window available at each sellers page. If the seller didn’t respond to your messages within 48 hours, you can open a case with us requesting for intervention from Claysphere support team.

If Claysphere determines that the item you received doesn’t match the item that was listed, the seller must refund:
The cost of the item, the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

For other issues, the seller may have different return and refund policies and you can review these policies at the seller page.

When you return an item that was damaged/ defective or due to a mistake on the seller’s part, you will be compensated for the return courier charges. You will be provided with a gift voucher with the exact shipping charge which can be used to buy any product from the same seller collection within the next 3 months. Please pack well when you return the product so that it will reach the seller intact. To get the payment voucher, mail the courier receipt to our support center.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method after receiving the return shipment by the seller adhering to the return and refund policy. It will take 3-5 business days to reflect the amount to the original payment method as per your bank’s processing time.

Claysphere is a community marketplace where independent sellers come to sell their own one-of-a-kind handmade goods. Shops are run by sellers who create or curate their own inventory and manage their own orders. So, different products in our marketplace have different return and refund policies which are crafted by the sellers as per their product category and which can be read in each sellers shop page.

You can contact the seller through the seller-buyer communication window. Contacting a seller through messages is the best way to get information about an item or resolve any issues you have with your order or products. Each seller on claysphere manages their own orders, and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns.

After you Send your message, the seller will be notified and can respond.

If the seller is unable to help you or didn’t respond within 48 hours, next step is to request a help from Claysphere by opening a case.

You can open a case to get claysphere’s help with an order after you’ve contacted the seller. If you contacted the seller more than 48 hours ago and the seller didn’t respond, open a case by contacting us directly. For qualifying orders, you’ll receive a refund for any item that doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the item description or photos.
